I ofer an exclusive hands-on baking class for closed groups, where you master the art of creating a delicious homemade apple strudel, complete with flaky pastry and a perfectly spiced filling.

What’s Included:

Step-by-step guidance on making traditional strudel dough.
Techniques for stretching and filling your strudel like a pro.
Tips for baking the perfect golden crust.
Small group, so everyone has opportunity to participate in all steps of the baking.
A fun, relaxed atmosphere with plenty of opportunities to ask questions.

Printed recipe and step by step instructions you can follow at home
In case participants are interested I also share other possibilities for fillings

Who is this class for: Struel making class is perfect for closed groups from 3 to 8 participants. It is an amazing activity for team building, for friends or families wanting to learn sometihng new and have fun on the way. There can be adults, elderly or childre in the groups, everyone can find it’s spot and help make this traditional dessert.

Class Size: Limited to 8 participants

Cost: $50 per person / up to 5 people; $40 per person / between 6 and 8 people

Location: I can come to the location you want, as long as tehre is an oven available. I bring all ingredients and can also bring all the other needed things (baking pans, bowls, mixer….). If you don’t have a location you can use, contact me and I can arrange with other businesses I have worked with in the past and have space to host your group.
